Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of buildxshop.in and purchases from BuildX. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. Products and information

We try to describe products, specifications and images accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images, and specifications are provided by manufacturers. Coverage, consumption and quantity estimates — including those from our calculators — are guidance only; please confirm requirements with your architect, engineer or contractor.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery and other charges are shown at checkout.
• Bulk prices apply automatically when the quantity in your cart meets the stated minimum.
• Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or on the order confirmation page. We may decline or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud or pricing errors, with a full refund of any payment received.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. We will assist you with warranty claims but are not responsible for installation, workmanship or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape or copy its content, place fraudulent orders or abuse coupons, referral links or the partner programme.

8. Partner programme

Participation by architects and contractors is governed by the Partner Programme Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuildX's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as project delays or loss of business.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
