Most in-stock orders placed between 8 AM and 8 PM are dispatched within 60 minutes from our nearest store and delivered the same day. The expected time for your pincode is shown at checkout.

We deliver to the pincodes shown as serviceable on our website. Tap “Deliver To” at the top of any page and enter your pincode to check instantly.

It depends on the distance from our store, the weight of your order and the vehicle needed — a bike for small parcels, a three-wheeler or mini-truck for heavier materials. You will see the exact charge before paying, and many orders qualify for free delivery.

Some products are stocked at different BuildX stores. To get everything to you quickly, each store sends its items directly, so you may receive more than one delivery. There is no extra charge for this beyond what was shown at checkout.

Unloading is done at ground level near the vehicle. Carrying to upper floors is not included and may be charged by the delivery partner directly.

You can pay online by UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or choose Pay on Delivery where available.

Yes. Every order comes with a GST tax invoice. To claim input tax credit, enter your business name and GSTIN at checkout and they will be printed on the invoice.

Many products have lower prices when you buy more — for example a lower rate per bag of cement above 10 bags. The bulk price applies automatically in your cart when you reach the minimum quantity.

Unused items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Tinted paints, cut wires or pipes and opened chemicals are not returnable. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Tell us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you after a quick check.

Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Pay on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.

Yes. We buy only from brands and their authorised distributors, and every order includes a proper GST invoice.
