Partner Programme Terms

These terms apply to the BuildX Partner Programme for architects, interior designers and contractors ("Partners").

1. Joining

Membership is free and by approval. We may ask for proof of profession such as a Council of Architecture registration, GSTIN, trade licence or project references, and may decline or close any account at our discretion.

2. Referral links and attribution

  • Each approved Partner receives a personal referral code and links.
  • An order is credited to a Partner when the customer places it within the attribution window (shown in your dashboard, currently 30 days) after opening the Partner's link, or enters the Partner's code at checkout. If a customer uses links from more than one Partner, the most recent one counts.
  • Orders placed by a Partner for their own account earn points only if this is enabled in the programme settings shown in your dashboard.

3. Earning points

Points are earned on the eligible value of credited orders at the rate shown in your dashboard. Delivery charges, cancelled and returned items are excluded. Points are shown as pending when the order is placed and become available once the order is delivered (or otherwise confirmed by us). If an order is later cancelled or returned, the related points are reversed, even if already available.

4. Redeeming points

  • Available points can be redeemed for the gift cards listed in your dashboard. Points are deducted when you submit a request.
  • Gift cards are usually issued within 2 working days and shared in your dashboard and by email. Gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a request is rejected, the points are returned to your balance.

5. Fair use

Self-referrals created to earn points, fake accounts, coupon abuse, misleading promotion or spam will lead to cancellation of points and closure of the account. Partners must not present themselves as employees or agents of BuildX.

6. Taxes

Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, including TDS where required by law. We may request your PAN to comply with tax rules.

7. Changes and closure

We may change earning rates, the rewards catalogue or these terms with notice in your dashboard. If the programme is closed, you will have at least 30 days to redeem available points.
